Adele Switzer went on her first exchange to Panama in March 2013 and returned feeling inspired and amazed by the idea that dance, as a universal language, can unite anyone of varying cultures and abilities. Adele has been dancing since she was two and believes that without dance, she would not be the person she is today. Dance has taught her about confidence, creativity, hard-work, persistence, passion, and most importantly, joy. She returned to Florida State University after her first exchange feeling motivated and co-founded the Move-Ex chapter at FSU. Adele served as the President of FSU’s chapter for a year and a half and is very excited to begin her time as a Chapter Mentor. Adele graduated from FSU in December 2015 with a BFA in Dance with minors in Biology and Chemistry. She is currently an instructor at The Tallahassee Ballet and is excited to see where the next chapter of her life takes her. Move to change, baby!
