"Movement Exchange is a family of kind-hearted and generous people who endeavor to improve the lives of others, even through a simple act of kindness. Youth In Movement is a documentary created by dance diplomat, Blair Brown, that follows fourteen dance students from the University of California, Irvine on their international dance exchange in Panama.

"It is a privilege to be part of a group with such steadfast participation who also carries the vision of social change through dance. This experience upholds the title because it will move you in so many ways and will immerse everyone involved in an exchange of culture, ideas, and lasting friendships."

- Dr.Jen, Move-Ex Dance Diplomat
"This was an unexpected life changing experience. This movement exchange opened my eyes to a different culture, inspired me to learn more about the world, helped me develop teaching skills, taught me how important and powerful dance is, and allowed me to give back to a community through movement. I am completely moved and empowered by this exchange and am so grateful it fell into my destiny."
